UL/CSA low—voltage fuses are switching electrical elements that are used to protect electrical networks and electrical equipment from overload or short circuit. They safely disconnect the protected circuit from the live parts when certain values of the electric current are exceeded. Depending on the characteristics of the electrical circuit or the devices used, different types of fuses are used.
